Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.
Shipping destinations
We ship to any region our fulfillment supplier is able to reach. If you have questions about shipping to your location, or if your country is not available at checkout, contact us at 3ofhounds@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination.
Delivery times
Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1 to 8 business days for domestic orders and 1 to 20 business days for international orders, depending on destination.
Multiple shipments
Orders containing both custom printed items and items made directly by 3 of Hounds may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days, since these products are fulfilled from different locations.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided automatically for custom printed items once they ship. At this time, tracking is not yet available for items shipped directly by 3 of Hounds.
Customs and duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery.
